3D/4D

Graham and I had such a great time at our 3D ultrasound yesterday! Our little girl really didn't want to have her picture taken... Just wanted to sleep, but we got a few good shots. I LOVED seeing all of her expressions. A couple of the pictures she is frowning because I am poking on her trying to get her to wake up and move her hands, arms, and FEET from in front of her face! She would just give a little scowl, and pucker her lips at us! She is so funny! We even got to see her blink a few times at the very end. :)

She is pretty smushed in there but seems quite content. Other things we noticed were her BIG feet! And she surprisingly does have hair! haha. She is about 11 inches from head to bum, and around 2 1/2 pounds.

My favorite one! She decides to try and use her foot to block the picture, and then proceeds to try and stick in her mouth! :)

Anyway, I have another doctors appointment next Monday so I will update everyone then.

27 Weeks! Goodbye 2nd Trimester!

27 weeks! I cant believe this is my last week of my second trimester... Some days I feel like its going so slow, but others I am freaking out because the big day will be here sooooo soon! I hope its normal to feel this way? I am defiantly ready to not be so uncomfortable! My back is the biggest problem I am facing these days. It aches constantly, and sitting is almost impossible for any length of time. The movie theatre is no longer an option! Except of course for November 20th when New Moon comes out! I am determined that if I have to stand the whole movie, I will be there! ;) I am a nerd, I know!

I had an OB appointment on Tuesday and everything looked good. My sugar/diabetes tests came back good, except my hemoglobin levels where low? The doc said this was pretty normal in pregnancy and to add an iron supplement to my diet, which should fix it. Our little girl is growing and is right on target for her fetal age? We have a 3D/4D ultrasound scheduled for September 28 so we will have a better idea of her size then! We are so excited to see her! She always puts on a good show for us. Graham missed the last one so I am excited to see his reaction of how much she has grown and developed!

My Kids!

Just thought I would post a few pictures of the kids!

Anyone who knows us, knows how much we love 'the kids'! They are seriously the best dogs ever! I feel like they are preparing us well for the little girl coming in December! Especially Bax! Like I said, I love him, but he tests my patience daily! haha! Both of them are so great around babies and kids and we cant wait to see them interact with our sweet little girl!

26 Weeks!

26 Weeks Pregnancy Quiz... Sorry no pics this week :(

What I miss: Being able to sit for more than 5 minutes without my back hurting!
What I am looking forward to: 3D/4D Ultrasound on the 28th of this month, and G being home in a couple of weeks...
Weekly Wisdom: DONT go to a 2 hour movie when you cant sit for more than 5 minutes without your back killing you!
Milestones: Not sure its a milestone, but I have my Gest. Diabetes Screening today at 11! And dipping below 100 days! 98 days until we meet our little girl!

Anniversary Pics

Last weekend I got to spend with G! It was a great weekend! We got to see friends and family, but we actually got some 'us' time in too! Don't get me wrong, I love spending time with Graham's family and friends, but after not seeing him for weeks at a time a little alone time is much needed! We were also celebrating our one year wedding anniversary ( a week late) on Monday! We had such a great day! We did a little shopping, had lunch, went to a movie (might be my last one because my back was KILLING me 20 minutes in), went back to G's Aunt's and got ready for the night! (OK I had a little nap first, but then got ready) ;) We went out for a great dinner and conversation! All in all, it was such a great day! I miss him so much! Its amazing what you take for granted when you spouse is there everyday.

25 Weeks!

Well can you believe that I am on time... even early with this weeks pic/post! Sorry the flash is in the picture. It will be a lot easier to take these pictures when G is back and I have someone to take them for me!

Anyway, I will be 25 weeks tomorrow! Only 15 to go, or 106 days. I am getting so excited. My next appointment is September 15th and then after that I think they will be every two weeks. :) My sweet little girl is still kicking like crazy. I was telling G last night that I am a little nervous for her to get much bigger because as small as she is right now, the kicks sometimes really hurt! I cant imagine how strong they are going to be in another month?

I had a funny experience yesterday while getting a mani\pedi (which was much over due)!

One of the Asian ladies that worked there kept coming up and rubbing my belly, which actually didn't bother me as much as I thought it would... The funny part is that she (in her broken English) kept insisting that it was a boy! Even after I told her more than once it was a girl, she kept saying ' no, no too low. looks like a boy, too low for girl'! haha. I finally just agreed and she dropped it. Needless to say I am excited about the 3D/4D ultrasound on the 28th to re assure us for the 3rd time that our little girl is a girl! hahahaha! :)

In other news... Our crib and dresser came in today!!! I am so excited to get them home and set up! I will have to wait until G gets home at the end of the month to set them up, which will be torture ;) but it makes things even more real now!!! I cant wait to start decorating her nursery.

I am flying out tomorrow to spend the weekend with my G! I/we are so excited! We get to celebrate our 1 year anniversary (last Monday) and I finally get to give him his gift :)! I have been dying to give it to him... Stay tuned to see how it goes ;)

One year??? (Yesterday)

Is it possible that Graham and I have been married a year??? Dates don't lie... Yesterday, August 31st, we were married one year. To me it doesn't seem possible.

I am so blessed to be married to such an amazing man.
